Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FrontRunner, a running-challenge and leaderboard web app operated by Tom Sullivan (United Kingdom). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use FrontRunner.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must give accurate information and be at least 16 years old. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Fair play
FrontRunner is a competition. You agree to log only genuine runs and not to fabricate, manipulate or import inaccurate activity data. We apply automated plausibility checks and may disqualify runs, remove results, or suspend accounts that breach fair play.
Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, abuse or impersonate others, post unlawful or offensive content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service. Comments and other content you post must respect other members.
Your content
You keep ownership of the runs, comments and other content you submit. You grant us the licence needed to store and display it to run the service (for example showing your result on a leaderboard or your comment on a run). You are responsible for the content you post; we may remove content or moderate comments on activity, and a run's owner may remove comments on their own run.
Pro subscription & billing
- FrontRunner Pro is an optional paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices and Pro features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms (including fair play and acceptable use). If your account is suspended while you hold a Pro subscription, we will cancel the subscription. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Health disclaimer
FrontRunner is a fitness-tracking and competition tool, not medical advice. Running carries inherent risks; you take part at your own risk and should consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme.
Service "as is" & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and may change or be unavailable from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
